Why you can read this carefully
Parmeshwari is a guided educational platform for understanding Hindu stories, ideas, traditions and values. It aims to help people learn carefully across traditions. It does not claim to speak as the last word on the tradition.
Before you begin
Parmeshwari is an educational platform for learning about Hindu texts, stories, ideas and traditions.
Hindu traditions are vast and diverse. The same story, term or idea may be understood differently across texts, schools, regions and traditions. We study our sources carefully and continue improving the material when something needs more context, clarity or correction.
Our purpose is learning and understanding. Nothing on Parmeshwari is intended to disrespect or diminish any belief, tradition, school, community or person.
Even with care, we can make mistakes. If something needs correction, clearer wording or more context, we will improve it.
What Parmeshwari is
A course of 60 lessons so far, in order, with thirty more added every month. Month 1 is lessons 01 to 30, Month 2 is 31 to 60. All of them are published and you can read them today. The first 6 need no account and no card. The other 54 are part of membership. This is educational material. It is not a temple, it is not a sect, and finishing it does not qualify you in anything.
How lessons are made
- Each lesson is structured at Child, Seeker, and Scholar depths.
- English and Hindi are offered where a translation exists.
- Sources are attached to the lesson. Differing tellings are acknowledged where they are relevant.
- Automated technical and content checks assist quality control.
Sources and traditions
Hindu traditions contain real plurality. Where schools differ, for example about the nature of Brahman, the lesson tries to say so. Where a story is told differently across texts, regions, or languages, the notes try to record that rather than flatten it into one answer. Canonical source names stay as recorded.
Corrections
If something here needs more context, clearer wording or correction, we want to know. Write to support@parmeshwari.in.
Content revision
Lessons are revised when something needs improving. A published lesson can change.
Educational purpose
The aim is careful learning, not comparison with other religions, and not a defence of one school against another.
