Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds will work for Parmeshwari. The Foundations path is free. A paid membership is planned but not yet available, so no payments are currently taken. The terms below will apply once membership opens. Nothing here affects your non-excludable rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Membership & free trial

• When membership opens, it may include a short free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before any trial ends.
• You will be able to cancel anytime from your Account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period, except where required by law or in the error scenarios below.

Refunds for errors

• If you are charged in error, charged more than once for the same item, or a renewal is charged despite a timely cancellation, contact us within 7 days for a full refund of that charge.
• Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, via our payment provider, and may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or UPI provider.
